Founder Yang Huazhong provides technical guidance, helping the factory design precisely sized, assembled cat houses and scratching boards, and also serves as a business management consultant. His successor, Yang Huazhong’s eldest daughter, Yang Xiaoli, oversees production and procurement of raw material costs and controls. Yang Xiaoli has nearly 20 years of experience in production management in the furniture, cat scratching board, and dog leash industries. Founder Yang Huazhong serves as a consultant, with the support of General Manager Yang Xiaoli, his eldest daughter, Yang Xiaoqing, and his youngest son, Yang Jinsen. These three core members, as the company’s key leaders, are poised to embark on a bold and ambitious foreign trade expansion.
